Interim President & CEO

Jen Mendoza serves as the Interim President and CEO of the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC). Previously she served as the Director of Member Engagement and was responsible for developing and overseeing internal member engagement initiatives, all aimed at enhancing, expanding, and preserving ARCC's membership.

Jen holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from North Central College in Naperville, IL, awarded in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a Minor in International Studies from Loyola University in Chicago, IL, received in 2006.

Before joining the Chamber, Jen served as a Leadership Director for a nationwide women's networking organization, where she gained valuable experience in leadership and organizational growth. Additionally, she brings extensive experience from both the nonprofit sector and the promotional products industry, where she worked in roles as a Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager.

Jen, a Chicago native, is a proud resident of Aurora, IL, where she resides with her husband of 13 years, three elementary-aged children, and her beloved boxer, Wrigley. 

She is actively engaged in her community, contributing her time and expertise to various volunteer roles. These include her role as the Founding and Past-President of the Greater Fox Valley Area Kiwanis Club, an Aurora Regional Chamber Ambassador, a Co-Founder of the Aurora Chamber LeadHER Committee, and a member of the WESOS Foundation Advisory Board. She is also a recent 2023 graduate of the ARCC Leadership Academy.
