Working in a Global Marketplace
With incredible advancements in both technology and communications, the world is becoming a much smaller place nearly every day. No longer are markets strictly confined or defined by geographic, language or cultural boundaries. Many of our member companies have made a significant imprint across the globe by forming valuable business partnerships and generating major sales.
In 2008, the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted a Reverse Trade Commission with the following countries in attendance:

Working with the Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity for the State of Illinois, many of our large sector members had the opportunity to meet with the trade commissioners and discuss business – their business – in our global marketplace.
The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce has many members who are currently working within the global marketplace. The Chamber offers Certificates of Origin paperwork for many of those members.
