Ivy Lozano is an Intern Event Coordinator at the Aurora Regional Economic Alliance. Combined, she has more than 15 years of healthcare management experience with a growing career in event planning. She previously held management roles at Grace Care Medical Center, Sharp Memorial Hospital, Pioneers Memorial Hospital, and Advanced Heart San Diego, where she developed expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization.

Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UVM and the University of San Diego, along with certifications in Healthcare Quality, Compliance, and Medical Interpretation. She has a proven record in program development, improving organizational effectiveness, and strengthening employee growth. For more than 20 years, Ivy has volunteered with the Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego, empowering multilingual communities.

Inspired by family, creativity, and service, she continues to expand her impact in leadership and event coordination.
