What's the Makeup of a LEADS Group?
The composition of an ARCC LEADS Team is designed for a maximum of 12 members, ensuring a diverse group without direct competition among its members. When individuals express interest in joining a LEADS group, their application is carefully reviewed to identify the most suitable team. If there are no current openings, applicants are placed on a waitlist until a spot becomes available or a new LEADS group is formed.

We currently have one active LEADS Group. As more members become interested in joining a LEADS Group, additional LEADS Groups will be added and named.
